Treatment Options for Lesbian Couples and Individuals
The two primary treatment options for lesbian partners with two egg providers are intrauterine insemination (IUI) and in vitro fertilization (IVF), including reciprocal IVF (Co-IVF). Many of our patients also utilize genetic testing of embryos to increase their chances of success.

Treatment Options for Gay Men
Gay men or couples with two sperm providers wanting to build their biological family will need the help of an egg donor, gestational surrogate, and in vitro fertilization (IVF). Many of our patients also utilize genetic testing of embryos to increase their chances of success.

Treatment Options for Transgender Couples and Individuals
Trans and gender diverse individuals and couples have a variety of options for fertility care depending on their unique situation. The most commonly used options include fertility preservation, IUI, IVF, donor egg, donor sperm, and surrogacy. Many of our patients also utilize genetic testing of embryos to increase their chances of success.
