Genetic Testing
PGT is a procedure in which embryos created during an IVF cycle are tested for genetic abnormalities prior to being transferred to the patient’s uterus.
Conception
IUI (Intrauterine Insemination)
IUI involves placing concentrated sperm into the uterus around the time of ovulation.
IVF (In Vitro Fertilization)
IVF involves retrieving eggs and sperm, fertilizing them in an RMA of New York laboratory to create embryos, then placing a healthy embryo into the uterus to achieve pregnancy.
Genetic Testing

Egg Donor Conception
An egg donor will donate eggs to enable another woman to become pregnant. The egg recipient may be the female patient or a gestational surrogate.

Gestational Surrogacy

LGBTQIA+
Family-Building for Lesbian Couples and LGBTQIA+ Women
The two primary treatment options for lesbian partners with two egg providers are intrauterine insemination (IUI) and in vitro fertilization (IVF), including reciprocal IVF. Many of our patients also utilize genetic testing to increase their chances of success.
Family-Building for Gay Couples and LGBTQIA+ Men
Gay men or couples with two sperm providers wanting to build their biological family will need the help of an egg donor, gestational surrogate, and in vitro fertilization (IVF). Many of our patients also utilize genetic testing to increase their chances of success.

Trans and gender diverse individuals and couples have a variety of options for fertility care depending on their unique situation.
