Rena Gower

Rena Gower, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Director of Social Work Services, brings both personal and professional experience to the role of social worker at RMA. As a former infertility patient she understands that the process can be stressful and overwhelming and believes that having a support system and access to resources can make this difficult time a bit more manageable. Her goal is to help those facing many of the same challenges she underwent when going through fertility treatments.

Rena is currently a State Advocate for RESOLVE, the national infertility organization, where she lobbies for healthcare reform and improved insurance coverage for those needing infertility treatment. She received her undergraduate degree from Cornell University and has a Masters of Social Work from Yeshiva University.

Rena also serves as co-host on the podcast, Fertility Forward which is dedicated to bringing listeners cutting edge and accurate information on different aspects of the fertility space. She is a certified health coach, Chief Fertility Advisor for Villyge, and on the advisory board of Oova.
