Like many of her clients, Lindsay struggled with her weight and body image as a young adult. She made the conscious choice to change her lifestyle and began to educate herself about nutrition and developed a passion for fitness.
After receiving her undergraduate degree at Union College, Lindsay pursued a Master's degree in Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics at New York University. From there, she joined NYU's competitive Dietetic Internship program, and completed her internship at Long Island College Hospital. There, she received invaluable experience providing clinical nutrition therapy to patients with a variety of different medical conditions including diabetes, cancer, cardiovascular disease, GI Disorders and hypertension.
Lindsay also served as an outpatient dietitian at North Central Bronx Hospital, a treatment program for eating disorder recovery. From 2013 to 2019 she worked as a wellness specialist and dietitian at Consolidated Edison NY.
Lindsay now lives in Westchester with her husband and their three young daughters.
