Dr. Michelle Bayefsky

Dr. Michelle Bayefsky grew up on the Upper West Side. She attended Yale College, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Ethics, Politics and Economics and graduated summa cum laude. After college, she spent two years as a fellow in the Bioethics Department of the National Institutes of Health, conducting conceptual and empirical studies related to reproductive ethics and genetics. Then she attended Harvard Medical School, graduating cum laude before moving home to New York City to train at NYU’s Grossman School of Medicine for her Obstetrics and Gynecology residency. She continues to be passionate about reproductive ethics and has published numerous articles and presented at conferences nationally and internationally.
