Sperm Freezing Among Millennials Not Necessary, Experts Claim

Recently, experts found out that it’s not just women who are up to preserving their reproductive cells, even men prefer to store their sperm. But despite the claims, experts say there is no need to rush. “If we’re talking about someone in his 40s who thinks he is not going to have children until he is in his 60s, it’s up for discussion,” says Natan Bar-Chama. For those less than 40 or millenials, however, sperm freezing is unnecessary. Instead they should focus on lifestyle choices to prevent infertility, such as avoiding drugs and tobacco.
